Gina Marsh serves as Executive Director of the Human Services Chamber of Hamilton County, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, public policy, and government. An attorney and advocate, Gina brings a collaborative approach to connecting nonprofit leaders, building coalitions, and turning shared priorities into meaningful policy change.

Gina returned to HSC in August 2026 after previously leading the organization from 2016 to 2021. During her earlier tenure, she worked alongside member organizations and community partners to secure millions of dollars in new human services funding and advance initiatives supporting housing stability and transportation access. Her experience also includes founding Marsh Solutions, LLC, serving as Southwest Hub Director for the Mental Health & Addiction Advocacy Coalition, and working in city, county, and state government.

At HSC, Gina works with members to strengthen their collective voice, shape public policy, and build relationships that support their work. She is committed to making HSC a place where human services leaders can share ideas, tackle common challenges, and work together to improve the lives of people throughout Hamilton County.

Gina earned her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and traveling.
