Mike Moroski is the Executive Director for the Human Services Chamber.
Mike brings a breadth of experience to this role. His commitment to the children and families in our region has been a driver throughout his career as well as his countless hours volunteering for many organizations and causes. Mike has an excellent understanding of the fundamental importance of policy advocacy and the process that is needed to bring our community together to create policy change. We are excited by both his desire to continue the momentum of HSC as well as his vision of what this organization can become in the next few years.
Mike and has worked on many issues impacting our community. He brings to this work a blend of insightful strategy, a tireless passion for creating system change to address inequities, and a wealth of relationships with people and organizations throughout our region.
Before being selected for the HSC ED role, Mike worked on policy advocacy in several positions including the Partnership & Policy Manager for Cradle Cincinnati; his role as an elected official as a Cincinnati Public School Board Member for which he chairs the Policy Committee and as the Director of Engagement & Development for Community Matters. He also has experience in leading a nonprofit – he was the Executive Director of UpSpring. Mike began his career with over a dozen years in education where he was a teacher and eventually became an Assistant Principal. Mike has also held Board positions at numerous organizations including Camp Joy, Groundwork OH, Sidekicks, Invest in Neighborhoods, and Shelterhouse.
Mike has been the Executive Director of HSC since November 1, 2021.
